Oculofacial and Orbital Surgeon to join a Private/Academic practice in Michigan

Full-time
Salary: Negotiable
Application Deadline: N/A
Health Services

This is an opportunity to join a one-of-a-kind private practice in Southeast Michigan, with academic affiliation, resident teaching, ASOPRS fellowship, and the entire range of oculoplastic and orbital surgery - thyroid, tumors, post-Mohs, eyelid, lacrimal, pediatric/congenital, and cosmetic surgeries.

If you love the full range of oculoplastic surgery, including orbit and peds, and enjoy the academic environment with guaranteed salary and teaching opportunities, but want the independence and efficiency of private practice, this practice represents the best of all worlds - academic high acuity tertiary care, high volume routine oculoplastics, full range of cosmetic surgery, and the support, independence and accessibility that only a private practice can provide.

We have a beautiful new clinic with 10 lanes and a surgery suite in Livonia, Michigan, a full-time physician-assistant, an experienced staff with scribe and EHR, and a second location in Ann Arbor. We run clinical trials out of our practice, with central IRB oversight, and publish regularly. Our practice is a destination for complex patients from throughout the Midwest, and pediatric patients from across the country.

Southeast Michigan is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. The cost of living is reasonable, schools are excellent, and the cultural and outdoor opportunities are exceptional.
