The Department of Ophthalmology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine/Boston Medical Center is seeking a full-time Ophthalmologist at the Assistant or Associate Professor level specializing in Oculoplastics, Orbit, Reconstructive, and Facial Cosmetic Surgery.  Ours is a large, urban academic practice with all subspecialties represented amongst our faculty members.  Applicants must have a commitment to outstanding clinical care, education, and research.  Our mission is to provide “exceptional care without exception” to a diverse patient population in Boston, as well as several suburban satellite offices. We offer state-of-the-art equipment, an ambulatory surgery center, and a modern clinical care facility. 

 

Candidates must have completed an approved residency training program in ophthalmology, an approved fellowship in oculoplastic and orbital disease, and be board certified or board eligible.  Experience in teaching and prior academic productivity are desirable.  Salary and rank will be determined according to experience.  Applications should include a letter of introduction and a CV addressed to Stephen P.
