The Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine is seeking applicants for a full-time (1.0 FTE) Assistant Professor to work as an Oculofacial Plastic and Orbital Surgery specialist in our growing academic ophthalmology practice at the Sue Anschutz Rodgers Eye Center (SAREC). The position will provide outpatient and inpatient medical and surgical management of ophthalmic plastic and orbital disorders at SAREC and affiliate sites of practice within the Denver metropolitan area.

This position will be responsible for direct outpatient and inpatient medical and surgical management of ophthalmic plastic and orbital disorders at the Sue Anschutz Rodgers Eye Center and affiliate sites of practice. The position will be responsible for developing a robust oculofacial plastic and orbital surgery practice as well as a commitment to resident teaching and basic or clinical research.

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE:

$220,000 - $250,000
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt.
