Position Overview

The Associate Surgeon will work closely with our lead surgeon, contributing to the growth of the practice while delivering high-quality patient outcomes. This role involves performing a range of procedures, including blepharoplasty, ptosis repair, brow lifts, dacryocystorhinostomy, and reconstruction following MOHS surgery. The ideal candidate has a strong clinical and surgical background, a passion for aesthetics and reconstructive work, and a commitment to enhancing patient satisfaction. 

Qualifications

• MD from accredited medical school 
• Valid California medical license 
• Board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist with a passion for aesthetic surgery
• Completed or currently under training at a 2 year ASOPRS approved fellowship 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
• Interest in contributing to the practice’s growth and willing to participate in development activities, including social media
