Luxe Aesthetics is launching a national search for passionate, purpose-driven oculofacial surgeons who are ready to explore a progressive model of practice and life.

 

We are building a first-of-its-kind private network of oculofacial surgeons-one that merges elite surgical training with a lifestyle that respects your time, autonomy, and passions outside of the operating room.

 

Whether you're just out of fellowship, deep into private practice, or seeking a new path forward-we want to connect.

 

What We're Building:

- A national network of regional affiliate surgeons practicing 1 week/month in Luxe locations

- These include both established offices and markets currently in development

- Travel costs are fully covered, allowing surgeons to fly in, practice for the week in a high-demand setting, and return home-no relocation required

- All sites are supported by Luxe-trained PAs/NPs, private surgical center access, and in-office procedure rooms

- Centralized infrastructure handles scheduling, billing, marketing, and referrals so you can focus on surgery-not administrative burdens

- A brand and culture focused on scalable growth, exceptional care, and balanced living

 

Who We're Looking For:

- ASOPRS or similarly trained oculofacial surgeons

- Surgeons who value clinical precision, collaboration, and autonomy

- Individuals ready to join a network that's as much about purpose and alignment as it is about performance
