Mayo Clinic’s Department of Ophthalmology in Rochester, MN is seeking a board-certified, fellowship-trained oculofacial plastic surgeon to join our established practice. This position involves clinical care of patients, a busy surgical practice, and resident and fellow teaching and supervision in the clinic and operating room. Candidates should have an academic interest in clinical and/or laboratory research. The department has a strong history and tradition in oculofacial plastic surgical care and currently comprises 40 faculty members who cover all subspecialty areas of ophthalmology.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should be board-certified in Ophthalmology
  • Must be members/candidate members of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS)
  • Fellowship trained in Oculofacial Surgery/ Oculoplastic Surgery
  • MD/ DO or equivalent
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Minnesota
