Luxe Aesthetics is a pure-play oculofacial plastic surgery practice with the broadest geographic reach in North Carolina, extending from Winston‑Salem through Greenville. We are intentionally built for scale while maintaining high-touch, subspecialty care.
This role is focused exclusively on the Triangle market (Cary & Raleigh).
Surgeons are not expected to cover the full geography—each provider practices within a targeted, well-supported market.
This position is ideal for an oculofacial plastic surgeon who:
Wants to practice at the top of their license
Values efficiency, strong PA support, and operational excellence
Is motivated by long‑term ownership and leadership
Seeks a sustainable, patient-centered practice model with national vision
You’ll work within a highly optimized care model, supported by experienced physician assistants and centralized administrative teams—allowing you to focus on surgery, outcomes, and strategic growth.
Fellowship-trained in oculofacial plastic surgery
Board-certified or board-eligible
Team-oriented, growth-minded, and patient-focused
Interested in a long-term commitment (full-time or part-time considered)
Highly competitive compensation, commensurate with experience
Sign-on and relocation bonus available
